For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

Pickup location is flexible and is agreed upon during the booking process according to customer preference while communicating with the Tour Guide. Distances outside of the 5km central area covered will incur an additional transport fee depending on the distance of the pickup location.
