Pickup Information

We offer pick-up from hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya. If your hotel isn't listed, please provide your hotel details for pick-up arrangements. If you're in downtown Cancun, meet us at Oasis Smart Hotel at 7:00 AM. Guests in Puerto Morelos will get a specified pick-up point. In Playa del Carmen, meet at Cocobongo Playa del Carmen or Bodeguita del Medio Playa del Carmen. For hotels between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, join our 3x1 tour covering Tulum, COBA, and a cenote. If you plan to visit Playa del Carmen separately, return transportation isn't included. Tulum guests, meet at Super AKI on Main Street downtown.
