Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel • You MUST confirm and obtain any visa requirements prior to border crossing. All visa requirements are the sole responsibility of the traveler

Pickup Information

We offer Beijing Capital Airport pick-up and drop-off service. If you arrive/depart at Beijing Daxing Airport, there will be an extra cost of RMB 400 one way.
