If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

The pick-up will be at the airport at the time specified or sent by the traveler on their arrival flight. We will identify ourselves with the logo of the Andean Inca Trail company and the traveler's name at the departure gate of the airport in the city of Cusco. .
