Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 6+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 2–6 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 2 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

Meet & Assist: A NASCO Tours representative will be waiting for you at your selected pick-up location, holding a sign for easy identification. Pick-Up Confirmation: Please confirm your pick-up details at least 24 hours before departure. Passport Copies: Kindly provide copies of your passports via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the departure.
