Pickup Information

Pick-up point : A member of our staff will pick you up directly from your hotel lobby in downtown Cusco. If your accommodation is outside this area, please let us know at the time of booking to coordinate a nearby location. Confirmation : You will receive a confirmation email with the exact pick-up time. If you need to make any adjustments or have special requests, please notify us at least 24 hours before the tour. Identification : Our staff will be easily identified in the official agency uniform, so you can recognize it without problems. Punctuality : To ensure itinerary compliance, please be ready in the lobby at the indicated time.
