Redemption Instructions

Pickup Information

We pick up ALL our passengers coming by Cruise (8:30 am or 30 minutes after your cruise has docked). If staying in a hotel (9:00) or staying in an Air B & B property. If option selected. In the case your cruise arrives in another schedule we will modify the pickup time accordingly.
