250 lbs., fully clothed with shoes on, is our maximum weight limit. No refunds if you do not meet this qualification. 10 years old is the minimum age, on the date of the tour. Children 10-17 must have a paying adult zip with them. Mahalo!

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
