Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • You must contact supplier by phone or e-mail to get the exact pickup place and pickup time. Tour departs within walking distance of the cruise port Hotel pickups commence prior to this time, you must contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time.

Pickup Information

We pick up ALL our passengers coming by CRUISE (8:30 am or We will adjust the pickup time for any cruise delays. If staying in a HOTEL or staying in an Air B & B property tour will start at 9:00am. In the case your cruise arrives in a different schedule we will adapt the pickup time accordingly.
