Redemption Instructions

• If you have not specified, you MUST advise the supplier or your local tour operator as soon as possible. • Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time, and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • If being picked up from the hotel or airport, please specify at the time of booking • Meeting instructions for cruise ship travelers: Upon debarkation, please take the cable car that will take you to the town above Fira. The cable car rides to the top in 3 minutes and costs 6 EUR per person (not included). The guide will meet you at the cable car exit on the top of Fira town and hold a sign with your name on it.

Pickup Information

• Please advise the activity provider which pickup point you will choose. • The meeting location for cruise ship travelers is at the exit of the cable car upper station. • Cruise ship passengers are tendered out at Santorini Old Harbor, which is inaccessible by car. • The guide will hold a sign with your name on it. If you need custom transportation, don't hesitate to contact us to arrange it. • Time for this tour is flexible if we have availability. • The tour is private for groups of 1 to 19 people. • Your tour guide will be happy to assist you with general information and lunch spot suggestions, but wine-tasting and lunch prices are not included in the tour. • If you are coming to Santorini from Athens on a day trip, the tour can offer you a complimentary airport and port pickup and drop-off service upon request.
