Pickup Information

• Please await your chauffeur in the hotel lobby or at the designated pickup area at the appointed time. • Our customer support team is available around the clock to facilitate seamless transfers and address any inquiries promptly. • Pickup details will be provided to you via email or WhatsApp one day before your tour date. Should you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. • If your address is not included in the location map (within Dubai city limits), kindly specify it in the 'special requirements' section. • Kindly make sure your phone's data connection active or have a good WIFI at the time of pickup, if you do have an alternative number, please share with us to serve you better.
