For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Pickup Information

We will pick you up at your hotel in Cusco, provided you are located near the historic center. Please let us know the name and address of the hotel as soon as you have it booked, so we can properly coordinate your pickup. It is the responsibility of the customer to be at the indicated time at the hotel reception to pick them up, in case of Airbnb, make sure you have good sign or be at the established meeting point. The company is not responsible for delays or absences of the customer.
