Redemption Instructions

Mandatory information to issue Machu Picchu Entrance Ticket: full legal name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality per each traveler. Not providing this information may result in cancellation of your Machu Picchu tour. Machu Picchu entrance ticket and railway tickets Sacred Valley/Machu Picchu/Cusco will be sent by email. Our staff will send the hotels confirmed on next 72 hours. Please provide information about your arrival flight for pick up. Exclusions: Food and drinks, unless specified, gratuities, airfare (Lima/Cusco/Lima). VIPAC Special Cancellation policy: 90% refund, if you cancel this tour 15 days before the departure day.
