If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

Redemption Instructions

- Passenger details are required at the time of booking. This includes your date of birth, any food allergies, your title or gender (for rooming configuration), and a contact phone number. - Dietary requirements must be advised when booking. While we do our best to cater to most needs, options are limited once the tour has departed, so prior notice is essential. - Any known medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking. - A moderate to advanced fitness level is required. Daily walks range from 2 to 3 km and include uneven, rocky terrain, direct sun, and humidity. Walks are taken at the guide’s discretion for safety reasons. Travellers aged 75 and over must provide a doctor’s certificate at least 30 days prior to departure. - This touring brand is for adults aged 18 years and over only. Children are not permitted under this fare type. If you are seeking private room upgrades please book with Autopia Tours. - Travellers booked under the Basix Shared Accommodation fare (WPXR7-B) will be placed in shared bunk rooms with communal bathrooms. - This tour is not suitable for mobility-impaired travellers, including those using wheelchairs, walkers, prams, or strollers, due to the remote and rugged terrain. - Due to limited storage space on the vehicle, each traveller may bring one soft travel bag (up to 15 kg) and one small day pack (up to 5 kg). Larger suitcases should be stored at your accommodation before departure. - Itineraries may change due to seasonal weather, road conditions, cultural closures, or safety concerns. We always aim to deliver the best experience possible while keeping guest safety a top priority. - All guests are encouraged to participate in meal preparation, unpacking gear, and loading the vehicle.
