Meeting and Pickup
For travelers already in Leh or staying outside pickup limits, the meeting point is Leh Main Bazaar, near Leh Post Office. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time (9:00 AM). Although, airport pickup and final drop-off are included in the package
End Point
The tour concludes in Leh with drop-off at Leh Airport (IXL) since it is included in the package. Please confirm your preferred drop-off location (if any) with your tour guide one day before departure. For early morning flights, our team will coordinate airport transfer timing accordingly.
Redemption Instructions
Travelers do not need a separate entry ticket. Your booking confirmation from Viator or Exotic Asia Travels is sufficient. Our representative will meet you at Leh Airport or your specified pickup location with your name placard for verification. Please present your booking confirmation (digital or printed) upon pickup.
Pickup Information
Travelers can also be picked up from hotels within Leh town limits. Please share your flight details or hotel name at least 24 hours before arrival. Our representative will meet you at the airport arrival gate or hotel lobby holding a placard with “Exotic Asia Travels.” If your accommodation is outside Leh town, please meet at Leh Main Bazaar (near Leh Post Office) by 9:00 AM on Day 1.
