If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• Dress code is casual - sport  • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended - swimwear - sandals - mosquito repellent - hat - sweater or a light jacket - camera • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

If your pick up place is the San Jose International Airport, our representative will meet you at the main exit. If your pick up place is a Hotel in San Jose, Alajuela or Heredia, our representative will meet you at the Lobby at the scheduled pick up time
