Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Pickup Information

Any hotel in within 15 km radius from Georgetown area. Pick up outside of radius will be charge separately. The charges is between USD 10 - USD 20 depending on the radius. We will provide the details of driver to the customer after the booking is confirm and also the pick up instructions will be send to the customer based on either the pick up is at the hotel or at the airport.
