We recommend making dinner reservations for 7:00 PM or later. >>Banff Pickups: Pickups from Banff typically start around 8:00 AM, with the tour concluding around 5:30 PM. We recommend making any dinner reservations for 6:30 PM or later. >>Seasonal Timing Variations: Please note that during the summer months, tour durations may occasionally be extended due to increased traffic, long weekends, or special events. While we always do our best to keep the day running smoothly and on schedule, we kindly ask guests to allow some flexibility as timing may vary. >>Guest Preparation: We recommend planning your day with a flexible mindset, as tour durations can be longer on busy days. Our team will always prioritize a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. >>Pickup Address Requirement: If you have not provided your pickup address for any reason, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your pickup details. >>Pre-Tour Contact: Your tour guide will reach out to you one day before your tour between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
