Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes: A guided tour of Ground Zero, including the 9/11 Memorial, plus a VIP guided tour of the 9/11 Museum.

Meeting and Pickup
We meet inside the Oculus, a mall and transportation hub at Ground Zero. Your guide will be wearing an orange hat and standing by the L'Arte del Gelato stand on the main level.
Redemption Instructions
• If you bought the Museum ticket option, your physical tickets will be given to you at check in at the start of the tour. • The tour concierge will be there 15 minutes before your tour starts wearing an orange hat and holding an orange sign. • NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU MISS YOUR TOUR • For those guests with Museum entrance, you will go through a airport style security check, so please be advised that some items are not allowed
