Latecomers or no-show will not be refunded. Changes made within 24 hours may not be accepted.

Room types: Double rooms (with one double bed) or quadruple rooms (with two double beds), arranged according to the number of guests. Special requests can be added in the remarks, and the supplier will do their best to accommodate your requests whenever possible.

If the originally planned hotel is fully booked, guests will be accommodated in another hotel of the same or similar class. If all hotels are fully booked, a full refund will be issued.

Please note that some hotels in the Alishan area do not have elevators, and rooms may be located on the 3rd or 4th floor. We recommend bringing light luggage.
