For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
- 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date
Meeting and Pickup
Place our address Bucutiweg 20 on Google Maps or maps.me for easier navigation. Once on the Bucutiweg street look on the water side for our SEARUBA sign. Parking is available and free of charge, check in is at the our pier. Same location.
Redemption Instructions
• Minimum age is 10. • Participants with heart conditions, a current cold or sinus congestion, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, a severe medical problem, who are or may be pregnant or who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to dive. • If taking medication consult your doctor before participating in scuba diving. • Divers need to be Certified and must have been diving within the past 2 years. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time
Pickup Information
We offer complimentary (free of charge) transport service as a courtesy exclusively for guests who do not have a rental car. To guarantee your transfer, please select your accommodation from the provided list during the booking process. If your accommodation is not featured on our list, we can arrange your pickup at the nearest listed hotel. Please be aware that local residential addresses are strictly excluded from this service. For further assistance or questions regarding our complimentary transport, please contact us.
