Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Please use the WAZE App to get to the meeting point and DO NOT use Google maps. There is a 4-mile dirt road. If you don't want to drive on this road, you can be picked up from the Pioneer Saloon, located at 310 NV-161, Good Springs. Please advise if you want this option at the time of booking.
Redemption Instructions
• The tour time you select is your pick-up time. The driver will call you approximately 30 minutes before pick-up time to tell you exactly what time to be outside. You MUST be on time. If you have questions, you can call the driver line at (702) 330-5530 within 45 minutes of your pick up time. • Minimum age is 18 years old • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to guests who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication or acting in an unsafe manner. If, as a result, you are not allowed to shoot, you will not be entitled to a refund.
