We were supposed to download it onto our phones. Only 1 of the 4 of us were able to use it as intended, and it also only worked for part of the tour. I only got the first part, and my brother-in-law wasn't able to get any of it.

I filled in the first day of my trip, because the app could be opened on any date after purchase. After that it would be valid for another year. Three days after the filled in date I wanted to use the tour. Unfortunately, after a while of checking email and scanning with the lens of google, the link remained untraceable. Luckily it was not expensive, but it would have been nice to use it, because I like audio tours. Hence only 1 star, because I don't know how it would have been otherwise, unfortunately. Tips are welcome. Maybe it can be fixed another time :-)

This audio guide is a complete rip-off.
It did not work on my phone which is an older model.
On my kids' phones, a newer model, the app installed. However, it had to reload from the QR code every time you wanted to listen to an audio segment. What an incredible waste of time.
Bottom line, we used it for two segments. Then wrote off the investment as unusable.
