1. Jardin d'Ete

Here you are in the summer garden of Arles which separates the boulevard des Lices from the ancient theatre.

2. Theatre Antique D'arles

Just a stone's throw from the amphitheatre, here's the theater! It is less well preserved than its neighbour, but hey, it is a century older you will tell me, but at their ages we are not 100 years old!

3. Les Alyscamps

From here, we will take Vauban Street to reach our next point of interest, while remaining focused on the city center.

4. Enclos Saint Césaire

The arch, which you see here, is one of the few remains of an ancient and important abbey.

10. Eglise des Freres Precheurs

You have, at the end of this impasse, the disused church of the preachers brothers. It is a Gothic church of the 15th century.

11. Thermes de Constantin

The Roman remains you are now observing are the Baths of Constantine. Not much remains, but they are among the best preserved Roman baths in Europe!

12. Musée départemental Arles antique

Here we are in the Place de la République. A must during your visit to the city of Arles since it alone brings together a great cultural and architectural diversity.

18. Saint-Trophime Primatial Catholic Church

So here is the Cathedral of Saint-Trophime. The Christian community of Arles is one of the first to be traced in Gaul.
