Pickup point for all Bahia Principe guests is at Hacienda Doña Isabel. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. Should you need to reschedule your activity, please inform Extreme Adventure as soon as possible, as the tour sells out quickly.

Pickup Information

Roundtrip transportation is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a central meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If you are staying in Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, pickup is from a meeting point. Pickup point for all Bahia Principe guests is at Hacienda Doña Isabel - Bahía Principe complex is consists of 5 hotels, so it's five different lobbies. We schedule the departure from one meeting point for the whole complex, which is only a few minutes walk away from each lobby. If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotel name to confirm your pickup time.
