Adults Only Pick-up at Meeting Points: This option only includes pick-up from a meeting point in downtown Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Tulum.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Pickup point for all Bahia Principe guests is at Hacienda Doña Isabel. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. Should you need to reschedule your activity, please inform Extreme Adventure as soon as possible, as the tour sells out quickly.

Pickup Information

If you have selected the Meeting Point option, please proceed to the meeting point for pick-up. Roundtrip transportation is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If you are staying in Tulum, Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, pickup is from a meeting point. If your hotel is not listed please leave us a note with your hotel name to confirm your pickup time. Should you need to reschedule your activity, please contact us as soon as possible, as the tour sells out quickly. Keep in mind that this is a shared transportation service, so the van is not private. All seats are standard size, as is typical for this kind of transfer.
