Pickup Information

Please be ready at the reception or at the entrance of your accommodation at the scheduled time. Our waiting time is 15 to 20 minutes. To provide you with the best service and avoid delays, we kindly ask you to share the exact location of your accommodation. Thank you very much for your support! The tour ends at the Palenque bus station. You may bring one suitcase up to 23 kg and one carry-on bag. If you plan to travel with additional luggage, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can assist you in the best possible way.
