Pickup Information

This tour has a pick-up point at the hotel. Please note: if you book within 24 hours prior to the departure time of the tour or activity, we will not be able to guarantee your hotel pick-up service. Once your purchase has been completed, we will send you the full contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) of our local operator to arrange the pickup service. This experience takes place in any kind of weather. If cancelled due to extremely bad weather conditions, you will be offered another date or a full refund of the amount paid. In this experience there must be a minimum number of 03 travelers. If cancelled due to the fact that the minimum is not reached, you will be offered another date or experience or the full refund of the amount paid. In this excursion or activity there will be a maximum of 15 passengers.
