Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

For advance bookings, tickets will be sent 1 day before your visit or on the morning of your visit. For same-day bookings, tickets will be sent after you contact us. Note: If you have not received your tickets for either same-day or advance bookings, please contact us at +971 56 720 3519 before visiting the park. If you reach the gate without contacting us earlier, please contact us and allow some time for ticket processing.
