Redemption Instructions

Please present your ticket at the time of boarding your transportation, according to the pick-up time that has been shared with you. In addition to your ticket, you will be asked to show a valid ID for verification purposes. Please make sure to have it available, either in physical form or as a photo on your mobile device. Having both your ticket and identification ready will help ensure a smooth and quick boarding process.

Pickup Information

We offer pick-up service from Cancún to Puerto Morelos. Please note that the exact pick-up time depends on your hotel or accommodation location. For this reason, we kindly ask you to stay attentive one day before your tour, as we will send you the corresponding pick-up point and time based on where you are staying.
