Redemption Instructions

Please read the following important information to ensure a smooth transfer experience: Contacting the driver: Please provide a valid mobile phone number, including the country code, during booking. On the day of your transfer, you can contact your driver via WhatsApp or by calling +34 666 166 667 to notify them of any delays or to assist in locating your meeting point. Luggage policy: For sedan vehicles in Barcelona, a maximum of four pieces of luggage is allowed in total, regardless of size. If your booking is for more than four passengers, this restriction does not apply. Excess luggage: If you arrive with more luggage than permitted and it does not fit in the vehicle, the driver will assist you in arranging an additional taxi from the taxi stand. Please note that any additional taxi costs will be at your own expense and are not covered by company . Complimentary waiting time: We provide complimentary waiting time depending on your transfer type: Airport pickup: 60 minutes Waiting time begins from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges depending on the vehicle type: Sedan: EUR 6.00 per 15 minutes Minivan: EUR 10.00 per 15 minutes Communication Please ensure your mobile phone is switched on or connected to the airport’s free Wi-Fi upon arrival. If we are unable to contact you within one hour after your actual landing time, the driver may be released. In case of flight delays, your driver will monitor your flight and adjust the waiting time accordingly. Additional information Animals are not permitted in the vehicle. Any special luggage requirements must be communicated in advance at the time of booking.

Pickup Information

We will pick you up at the arrival hall. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign with the lead traveller name.
