Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
• Comfortable closed toe shoes and long pants are recommended • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Not recommended for pregnant women • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Max weight: 250 lbs. • Dress code : long pants jeans, sportswear, joggers closed toes shoes or sneakers

Pickup Information: Complimentary pickup is available from all hotels and the cruise port, except Secrets Baby Beach Aruba. If you’re staying at a private residence, Airbnb, or another location, simply send us your address by email or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to confirm the best pickup option for you. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed once arrangements are finalized. Please be ready at your confirmed pickup location at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. To ensure all guests are picked up on time, our drivers are unable to wait more than 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time due to other scheduled pickups. If you are not present when the driver arrives, transportation cannot be guaranteed. At the end of the tour, we’re happy to drop you off at a different location at no extra cost just let us know in advance. If you don’t see your pickup location listed in the dropdown, no worries just type it in manually so we can assist you.
