Redemption Instructions

READ THIS as this is VERY important. You MUST arrive at the YourBikerGang.com Clubhouse at 506 Walsh St at least 15 minutes BEFORE your scheduled departure time for initiation and training. Being late and missing any of our rider training will result in the forfeiture of your ticket(s). Traffic, sleeping in, forgetting, or saying you couldn't get an Uber are not excuses for any self-respecting biker gang and we have heard them all so be on time so we don't have to leave you behind. Seriously if you call us from the car/Uber/etc saying you'll be just a minute or two late, it won't matter, we are not waiting for you and no refund or reschedule will be provided. Period. This is an outside active activity so please dress accordingly for weather and being on an e-bike, including footwear. You CANNOT WEAR FLIP FLOPS or other similarly styled sandals. Please wear closed-toe shoes and by please we mean you need to. So don't wear FLIP FLOPS! We want you to be a part of it but if you can't follow these instructions there is no way we will let you ride and ruin it for everyone. We don't roll like that and we hope you don't either. Each ticket includes Cover Your Butt Accidental E-Bike Damage Protection. This covers any accidental damage done to our e-bikes while riding on our adventure so you can ride with peace of mind. This is not medical or liability insurance and only covers the equipment being used. So now that that is over, we can't wait to initiate you into the gang for the FUNNEST time on two wheels!
