1 Please pay special attention to the data you provide in Your reservation, people with different names than in the documents may not be allowed to enter the museum. If one letter on your ticket does not match, then ok - we will sort it out. But if the data is completely different, you provided the data of another person or fake - drivers do not have the possibility to change this data before entering the museum. We especially warn travel agents against not providing the data of their clients - such people will not be allowed to enter the museum, and we do not take responsibility for this, refunds in such cases will not be recognized 2. Please, show this ticket to the driver, do not have to print it. The driver will give You an entrance ticket with Your details just before entrance to the museum This voucher will not be accepted if presented directly at the venue (museum/destination place). 3. Luggage restrictions on the museum grounds. According to museum regulations, bags and backpacks larger than 30x20x10 cm won't be allowed. Luggage can be stored in the minivan/minibus free of charge.

Pickup Information

Pickup is offered from a wide list of hotels/apartments/hostels in Krakow. If you have not found your hotel on this list - come to the main meeting point (located in the city center) or consult with us about the possibility of taking you from another convenient place after booking. If You are group more than 4 persons - we will come to you even if Your Hotel is out side of our pick-up area range, in Krakow. Customers will receive a message with the exact departure time arround 14-7days before the activity. We kindly ask that guests wait outside, in front of the entrance 5 minutes before departure. The driver will wait no longer than 15 minutes after the specified departure time. Regardless of whether you have chosen the pick-up option or the main meeting point, you will be dropped off in the same place or were You tell the driver.
