Pickup Information

We offer hotel or near hotel pickup from accommodations within 2 km radius counting from city centre od Krakow. Please note that there are restricted areas in the city centre where we cannot enter by the vehicle under penalty of law. If your address stays inside any of restricted zone of zone we will redirect you to closest legal meeting spot which will be a few minutes walk away from your place. The restricted zones also inlcude the Old Town area and Kazimierz Jewish Quarter area. Please note that we will provide you with all pickup and tour details (including exact pickup time) a day before your tour in the midday. The pickup time will be in between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM except November, December and January when it may be in between 5:30 AM and 9:00 AM which is caused by shortened working hours of Auschwitz-Birkenau musuem.
