Redemption Instructions

1. To enter the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, you must present a passport or ID to confirm your personal details — without it, you may be denied entry. 2 Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who show signs of intoxication. You will not be entitled to a refund. 3. Departure time depends on availability in Auschwitz and the schedule they make. Your pickup time might be changed and will be between 5:00 AM - 02:00 PM but we usually adjust it by only 30-60 minutes (sometimes a more significant change is necessary) 4. If the above change is necessary then the start time will be different than the one presented on your voucher and you will be informed via email and/or What's App 12-24 hours before the amended start time 5. Your tour leader will take care of redemption of entrance ticket to the Museum 6. The pace and duration of the tours are determined by the memorial's visitor service regulations so the duration of the trip should be considered as approximate. 7. The offer is written in English so the organizer is not responsible for any inaccuracies in translation into another language.
