DEPARTURE POINT & TIME The hours you book are tentative and may change, and departures from Krakow may take place in the following hours: 6.00 am – 1.00 pm. You will receive a message with the exact departure time until 7 pm on the day before the activity. Make sure you provide the correct contact details when booking (telephone number that will be available during your stay, etc.) Emergency contact phone number: +48 727 001 040. Meeting sign "excursions.city". PICKUP SERVICE We kindly ask that guests wait at the meeting point 5 minutes before departure. The driver will wait no longer than 15 minutes after the specified departure time. RETURN DETAILS Regardless of whether you have chosen the pick-up option or the main meeting point, you will be dropped off at the end of the tour to the center of Krakow at 2 Wielopole Street. IMPORTANT Remember to bring your identity document or passport (without it, you will not be able to enter the museum). If there is no such document, the staff of the facility have the right to refuse entry to the museum. The name and surname on the reservation must be identical as in ID document. We not take any responsibility if any of our customers will be refused to enter Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau due to lack of documents. The maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Museum cannot exceed dimensions 30x20x10 cm. Larger bags must be left in the car. Most of the tour takes place outside, so please be prepared for the different weather conditions. Taking photos in the buildings with the use of flash is forbidden. You are allowed to take photos only in selected parts of the Museum. Eating and smoking, as well as acting in a loud manner are forbidden at the Museum. There is a 15-minute break during the tour Not wheelchair accessible. Not recommended for child aged 14 and under (not forbidden). Children must be accompanied by an adult. Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

Pickup Information

DEPARTURE POINT Pick-up selection from one of our main departure points: - Parking Kiss&Ride (2 Wielopole street) next to the Main Post Office /Poczta Glowna/. If you do not need hotel pickup or your hotel cannot be operated, you will need to make your own way to the main departure point. Check-in here is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour departure time. PICKUP SERVICE Our pickup service is available from selected hotels all over Krakow. Depending on the location of the hotel, the pickup service will be between 30-40 minutes before the tour departure time. Please enquire at your hotel reception desk regarding the pickup time and the possibility of a pickup.
