Redemption Instructions
The pickups are provided between 5:30 and 7:30, depending on your accommodation and our schedules. The pickup time is always confirmed by text and email the day before the tour. Please be ready OUTSIDE the property at the time indicated on your FINAL confirmation (always local time of departure airport). On the day before the tour, the local supplier will send you a text message and email with the exact pickup time. Please check the message, in case you won't receive anything, contact the supplier to check your pickup time. Allow up to 15 minutes delay for any traffic problems at pick up time. In the event of any problem or last minute changes please contact our emergency line. Please note that in case of your absence at the pickup point your tour will be cancelled. Please note that you must bring your ID or passport to enter Museum's grounds. You can always leave your belongings inside the bus which will be parked nearby.
