• Default pickup location is Treasure Island Hotel and default lunch is a turkey sandwich. Contact customer support immediately after booking to request changes; otherwise, defaults apply. • IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses. • Madame Tussauds Tickets can be redeemed 1 day before your tour date and up to 3 days after the tour. Please redeem tickets once you receive the tour confirmation email from National Park Express. • Valid Reservation Confirmation required for check-in with tour staff. • Service may be refused to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued. • Any decision to close Antelope Canyon due to weather comes from the Antelope Canyon operators and/or Navajo Parks and Recreation. National Park Express has no control over these closures. • Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund. • The unique terrain of Lower Antelope Canyon guided tour requires guests to be able to climb moderately steep ladders with minimal assistance. Guests must walk unassisted. Horseshoe Bend requires a 1.5 mile round trip walk on sandy and rocky terrain • Upper Antelope Canyon does not permit pregnant women due to safety concerns related to the transportation. • Please follow the Rules of The Canyon at the site as well as always follow your Navajo guide's instructions. • Professional Cameras, Video recording, and ANY Bags are not permitted during the guided tour of Antelope canyon but are allowed for Horseshoe Bend Overlook. Travel Tips: • Cell service coverage is known to be weak in some areas. • Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
