If WhatsApp is not available on your phone, please, verify that you have phone connection, so as to call you and inform you directly. Specific pick-up point & pick-up time will be sent to you 1 day prior to the cruise around afternoon hours. Please, keep in mind that the pick-up point will be within short walking distance from your submitted location (max 10min).

Clients might be given a short minute walking distance (5-10min) from the submitted pick-up point. Please be waiting at the pickup point about 5 to 10 minutes earlier than the planned pickup time. Clients will be waiting for either a small van or a car, depending on the needs. If the bus hasn't arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, call the tour provider at the emergency number provided. For any questions or issues regarding the pickup details, feel free to contact the booking director.
