Redemption Instructions

PLEASE NOTE: For some locations it is required to book time slots before visiting City Card activities. The City Card has to be activated in the I amsterdam City Card app. • To use the city card, you will need to download the I amsterdam City Card App and register by using your unique CC code specified in your voucher • Activate the card only when you are in Amsterdam and ready to use it • Make sure to charge your smartphone to ensure you have access to it all day • Some locations require a timeslot. Timeslots can be booked in advance (before activating your city card) To help you help out we added up to date information and instructions on how to book time slots with your City Card so you can visit all the world class museums, sights and attractions Amsterdam has to offer.
