We highly recommend downloading directions ahead of time as the internet line in Pianillo might be scarce. Please note that arriving at least 10 minutes before the start time is recommended to ensure a prompt start. We also offer a gluten-free option. Please make sure to inform us before the start of the experience. Lastly, please remember that to provide a smooth experience for everybody, there are 15 minutes of grace time. After this time, your booking will be marked as a no-show, and our cancellation policy will be applied. In case you are coming by car, there's free car parking.
