Pickup Information

This is a small group tour. Depending on the group size that day we use a 7-seat minivan or a 15-seat passenger van - never a large coach. LONG DAY: this tour runs 13 to 14 hours door to door and the pickup is early. Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend are in Page, Arizona, around 280 miles from Las Vegas. MINIMUM 4 TRAVELERS: this tour needs a minimum of 4 people in total to operate. If there are not enough bookings we will notify you the morning before and offer you another date, another tour, or a full refund. This is a small group tour. PICKUP AREA: we pick up ONLY from hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and in the Fremont Street / Downtown area. If you are staying at an Airbnb, a private home, or any hotel outside these two areas, please contact us after booking: pickup can be arranged, or you can meet us at a Strip hotel at no extra cost. The day before your tour, between 4-6 pm, you will receive an email or text message with your exact pickup time and everything else you need for the tour. Please make sure the phone number and email on your booking are correct. Drop-off is at the same hotel where you were picked up.
