From Schiphol Airport: After collecting your luggage, please take the escalator one floor up to Departure Hall 3. Exit at Door B where your driver will be waiting. Look for your driver holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name clearly visible. Alternative Pickup Option at Schiphol: If you prefer to be picked up directly from the arrival hall (Meet & Greet service), please indicate this in the booking comments. Your driver will be waiting for you as soon as you exit the baggage claim area. Pickup Location at Amsterdam Cruise Port : Meeting Point: For pick-up, please provide the name of the ship and the corresponding address (if applicable). Your driver will be waiting at the entrance of the ship. Your driver will contact you on the same day via WhatsApp or SMS to confirm the pickup location, including their name and license plate number.
