Redemption Instructions

The meeting point is 40 minutes before the boarding time at our orange CASSIOPEA POSITANO main beach tickets office SPIAGGIA GRANDE POSITANO, at our orange gazebo that you see here in the picture, located on the left side of the beach, just opposite the "Beach Tabacchi Shop", near the restaurant "Chez Black". Please make sure that you visit the orange Cassiopea booth, on the main beach of Positano, at least the day before your excursion date. Our ticket office is open until 07:00pm. We will show you the cruise and give you all details about it. If the day prior you think you will not be able, please contact us on WhatsApp or iMessage, only few days before the cruise, grazie mille, +39/379 193 2738. The weather can change and we will need to confirm that the sea conditions will be perfect. In addition - are you yet able to provide us with the NAME and address details of the HOTEL in POSITANO or guesthouse that you will be staying in POSITANO? This will be required for your receipt but it also gives us a contact point for you, in case we need it. All our cruises are subject to weather and sea conditions. Finally, please provide us your passenger’s cell phone number with your country code where we can reach you while you are in Positano.
