Know Before You Go Pickup & Drop-off: Round-trip shared hotel transfers are included from most Dubai hotels. Pickup times may vary slightly depending on your location and number of guests. Exact timing will be confirmed 24 hours before your tour. Dress Code for Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque: The mosque enforces a strict modest dress code: ✅ Women: Long, loose-fitting clothing that covers arms and legs; headscarf (hijab) is mandatory. ✅ Men: Long trousers and short- or long-sleeved shirts. Cultural Etiquette: Please respect local customs. Abu Dhabi is more traditional than Dubai, so modest attire and courteous behavior are expected at all sites. Travel Time: The drive from Dubai to Abu Dhabi takes approximately 90 minutes via Sheikh Zayed Road. Tour Duration: This is a full-day experience. The journey from Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back, combined with sightseeing time, may result in return drop-offs being delayed, especially during peak traffic hours. We recommend not scheduling any evening events, flights, or dinner plans in Dubai on the same day.

Important Notes for Abu Dhabi City Tour Pickup – Please Read Before Booking: Pickup & Drop-off Location: Pickup is available from hotels and residences within Dubai city limits only, including areas like Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, Business Bay, Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Al Barsha. Non-Serviced Areas: We do not offer pickup from Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, or remote areas like Jebel Ali, Dubai Investment Park, Dubai South, Nad Al Sheeba, JVC, Motor City, Damac Hills, Green Community, Silicon Oasis, Motor City, Discovery Garden or Hatta. Airport & Cruise Terminal Pickup: Pickup from Dubai International Airport (DXB) or Port Rashid is not included. Guests must arrange transport to the nearest hotel or landmark for pickup. Shared Transfer Timings: For shared tours, pickup times may vary (typically between 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM) based on your location and traffic conditions. You will receive your exact pickup time a day prior to the tour. Hotel Lobby Wait: Please be ready at your hotel lobby or designated meeting point 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. Private Tour Option: If you're staying outside standard pickup zones or prefer flexible timing, private tour upgrades are available on request.
