Please make sure you added your accommodation address on the booking or send it to us 2 days before the cruise. Depending on your location, you might need to travel to a certain meeting point. Please note that our pick up is available only for central Athens and if your accommodation is not in central Athens or is not listed in the directory please contact us directly with your accommodation details reservations@alldaycruise.net We can arrange a transfer from the airport, seaside or outside Athens for an extra cost, please contact us to arrange it. If you didn’t receive the pick-up time by 19:00 pm, please contact us immediately at (+30)6992345915 or (+44)7963391309 both numbers are WHATSAPP as well. You can change into your swimsuit on board. For the safety of all our guests, we reserve the right to stop serving alcohol if any guest appears to be intoxicated. If you are meeting other people on this trip who are not included in this booking, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before embarkation. This will allow us to arrange for you to be boarded on the same boat. As we operate with three boats, we cannot guarantee that you will be on the same one unless we are informed in advance.

Pickup Information

Confirmation Details For bookings that include round trip transfers from central Athens, we will confirm your pickup time by 19:00 on the day before your cruise. Accommodation Not Listed? If your accommodation is not listed in our pickup locations, please leave a comment with your full address in the "Special Requirements" section. We will confirm your pickup time and meeting point the day before your scheduled cruise. Pickup Locations and Meeting Points Central Athens Only: Our pickup service is available only within central Athens. You may be assigned a meeting point within a short walking distance from your accommodation. Outside Central Athens: If your accommodation is outside our transportation boundaries or not listed, please contact us directly. We will provide you with the necessary details and inform you of any additional fees for distant locations. On the Day of Your Cruise Arrival: Be at your pickup point 5 minutes before the scheduled time. The bus cannot wait for late passengers. Delayed Bus: If the bus hasn't arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, call the tour provider using the emergency number provided. Refund Policy Refunds will not be issued if the tour or activity is missed due to late or non-arrival. If you are late for your pickup or miss the boat departure, you will not be refunded. In the event that we need to cancel the tour due to poor weather conditions, we offer two options: an alternative date for the tour or a full refund of your payment.It's important to note that even if the weather appears favorable on land, it may be different at sea. Our priority is to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
