Itinerary
1. Also known as "Prainhas", it is divided in two, separated by rocks (at high tide, turns one). To reach the calm, transparent and perfect waters for bathing, you have to face a wooden staircase of 255 steps, that leaves the hill of Atalaia.
2. A great star of Arraial do Cabo, Praia do Farol is one of the most beautiful in the whole of the Lakes Region and, without exaggeration, all over Brazil. It has gained fame especially for being classified by INPE (National Institute of Space Research) as one of the most perfect beaches of the country, following criteria of water purity, sand quality and landscape. Fame has spread and today Praia do Farol is one of the must-see tours in Arraial do Cabo.
3. The Blue Grotto is part of the boat trip that leads to Praia do Farol. The rock formation is just one of many natural beauties on the route that passes through the Island of Cabo Frio. The whole course in the open sea is beautiful, with impressive water tones. The Blue Grotto is just one of the beautiful moments, which still count with the waves that break fiercely against the rocks.
