Please be ready in your hotel lobby or designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone before arrival if needed. Pickup is not available from locations outside Abu Dhabi city. Additional charges may apply for pickups outside the city limits.
