Redemption Instructions

After confirming your booking, we will send your voucher to the email address you provided. To learn how to use your voucher, please check the usage instructions included in the email. Please note that the voucher only applies to the traveler groups mentioned in the booking options. Any other traveler groups are not eligible for voucher use. Child Policy Children between the ages of 1 and 16 will be considered Children and charged the Child rate. Children above 17 will be considered adults and charged adult rates. Cancellation Policy No charges will be applicable for all cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time, 100% charges will be applicable.
